Scott Brady has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly two decades. In 2009, he co-founded the Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) and played a pivotal role in its progression to the powerhouse it is today.
Scott is a retail and investment specialist who navigates current trends across several markets throughout the Mountain West Region of the U.S. He understands the importance of providing his clientele with timely, accurate, and comprehensive market information, allowing him to be at the forefront of innovation and development.
In 2022, Scott completed 148 transactions valuing $300M. His client lists include retailers such as Sonic Drive-In, Popeye’s Chicken, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Mister Car Wash, Cyprus Credit Union, Momentum Climbing Gym, Kids That Rip, Aqua Tots, Vessel Kitchen, GOAT Haircuts, Image Studios 360, Cookie Cutters, ROCTACO, U-Haul, and Savers.
Not only does Scott continue to be the top performing agent at MWCRE year after year, but the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Utah Chapter also recognized him as Utah Retail Broker of 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Scott loves being outside while enjoying skiing, mountain biking, basketball, marathons, and triathlons. He lives with his wife, Colette, and their four children in Salt Lake City.
