Garrett has focused on all aspects of commercial real estate while specializing in the leasing and investment sales of retail properties.

Garrett’s extensive market knowledge was honed by his active participation in Newmark Grubb Acres’ 2007 Boiler Room and database management. This gives Garrett the unique capability to provide clients with accurate and understandable knowledge of the current commercial real estate market.

In addition to his position with Mountain West Commercial Real Estate, Garrett’s previous management experience with a successful downtown Salt Lake City retail business and his relationships with local and regional businesses has given him the unique understanding of what it takes for a retail business to thrive in the Utah market. Garrett understands exactly what a tenant needs in an ideal retail location, as well as what type of business will succeed best for his landlord clients. Garrett was raised in Scottsdale, Arizona and grew up in the Real Estate business with a Father that is a Real Estate Developer. Garrett graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Marketing.
