2020 brought unique challenges to the investment marketplace that provided opportunities for Bryce to demonstrate market leadership and guidance with a tremendous number of closings, which led to the Utah CCIM Chapter honoring him as the 2020 Investment Sales Agent of the Year for the state of Utah and again in 2024. In 2021, Bryce brokered the all-time highest dollar per square foot suburban office sale, which was one of 37 transactions that resulted in shattering the commission record for Newmark in Salt Lake. In 2022, Bryce brokered a historic property sale featuring the largest office to residential conversion project in Utah’s history adjacent to Temple Square. In 2023, the Utah CCIM Chapter awarded Bryce the Top Investment Sale of the Year for the State of Utah.
