Ben Richardson is a senior vice president at Newmark Mountain West. He is an industrial agent and development specialist, focusing on leasing existing industrial spaces and assisting in the sales of land for future development. He led the acquisition of 65 acres which will be the site of a mixed-use development with over 300,000 SF of Class A office and industrial space and has advised WI Commercial Properties in the development of over 450,000 SF of pre-leased industrial space and over 150,000 SF of office. Of this impressive square footage Ben’s transactions have included several headquarter leases including deals for Jive Communications, Global Payment Solutions and the regional headquarters for Sykes Communications.
