Taylor Ogden specializes in the leasing and acquisition of industrial real estate. He began his commercial real estate career upon graduating from Utah Valley University in 2020.

He has advised on over $50MM in completed transactions over the first 4 years of his career. He has been known for high involvement at all levels of his clients’ projects. Having worked at JLL and Newmark previously, Taylor leans on his deep network in the commercial real estate community to keep pulse on market trends. This, along with active engagement in small-business lease representation, is the lifeblood for insight on new investments.

The vision remains clear for Taylor’s team: sourcing unique, often off-market, opportunities for his clients followed by deep deal analysis and value-add strategy.

Taylor dedicates a sizable portion of his time on hand-holding the owners of growing Utah companies through their first real estate moves, whether they be entry-level leases or SBA purchases. He takes pride in transforming first-timers into affluent commercial real estate investors.

He enjoys fitness, golf, and spending time with his wife and young kids.
