Jeffery has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $600 million in investment transactions spanning the Industrial, Multifamily, Retail, Storage, Office, and Land submarkets. He has assisted in multiple development projects over the years, as well as the disposition and acquisition of deals across Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Illinois, Nevada, Wyoming, and Arizona.

His extensive experience provides his clients with everything necessary to complete multiple successful transactions, including current market trends, promotional necessities, contract preparation, due diligence management, financing coordination, and the final close of escrow. Jeffery’s deep expertise in underwriting and strategic networking remains a key factor in his clients’ ability to source and execute on prime commercial real estate projects.

Jeffery holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and currently resides in Utah with his wife and three children.
