Taylor Ogden specializes in the leasing and acquisition of industrial real estate. He began his commercial real estate career after graduating from Utah Valley University in 2020.

He has been known for high involvement at all levels of his clients’ projects.  This is driven by his passion for becoming expert, not only in brokerage, but in all facets of commercial real estate. On some recent successful land acquisitions, this has looked like consecutive late-night meetings with local government and city administration for project entitlements. In other pursuits, he is spending countless hours on unique ways to prospect and dig up off-market opportunities.

Taylor is hand-holding the owners of growing Utah companies through their real estate moves.  He takes pride in transforming first-time tenants into affluent commercial real estate investors.

He enjoys fitness, golf, and spending time with his wife and two young boys.
