About Me

Scope of Service Experience

Suzanne Bender is a Senior Associate with one of Utah’s top-performing Capital Markets teams, The Blanchard Investment Group at Newmark Mountain West, working alongside Vice Chairman Bryce Blanchard and Senior Investment Advisor Steve Walton. Since joining Newmark in 2007, Suzanne has held key roles including Team Manager and Director of Research prior to joining the Blanchard Investment Group.

She is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence—qualities that make her an indispensable asset to both her team and clients. Suzanne is a four-time recipient of Newmark’s Team Manager of the Year Award and graduate of Weber State University.
