About Me
Matt graduated from Utah State University Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in 2020 with a degree in Finance. Post-graduation he worked as a Financial Analyst in the Salt Lake Valley where he gained exposure to commercial real estate by forecasting rent projections and maintaining complex financial models. Matt Nordell specializes in Retail and Investment properties but prior to transitioning to full time brokering, he was a Team Manager for Andy Moffitt and Lance Pendleton. Matt gained invaluable experience and learned best practices that he has incorporated into his day-to-day life.
When Matt isn’t working, he enjoys spending time outdoors by playing golf as long as the weather permits it, skiing in the winter, and taking his dog Bogey on walks to the park to throw the ball.
