Gabe Phillips joined Newmark Mountain West in 2018 and is currently a retail broker exclusively specializing in the representation of retail tenants on a national level.  Gabe understands the value of a network, and his relationships within the business community connect his clients with optimal opportunities.

Before entering the commercial real estate business with Marcus & Millichap, Gabe worked in the software industry, charged with creating relationships with C-level and management personnel to help them leverage data and make better data-driven business decision. Gabe has an extensive sales background, among which include the training and leading of various teams across industries in Utah.
