Drew Helm is a Multi-Tenant Retail Specialist in the firm’s Salt Lake City office. He is a proven leader in multi-tenant real estate, with over $150 million in transactions and a deep understanding of the investment landscape across the Intermountain West Region of the U.S. Drew enjoys working with strategic investments that provide the best dividends and financial opportunities for his clients. 

Drew has a wide network to share investments with making him an asset to both investment sellers and buyers.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Drew worked in the tech industry, creating and selling software, and graduated from Brigham Young University. He also spent two years on a service mission to Puerto Rico and the surrounding islands.

Outside of his career and time assisting his clients, Drew recharges by traveling and staying active outdoors with his wife and son. Drew loves riding dirt bikes, rock climbing, snowboarding, or playing any pick-up game of basketball, he can force his way into.
