About Me
With a decade of prior experience in software sales, Rand developed a strong foundation in strategic negotiation and working with C-suite executives. He brings that experience to commercial real estate, where he loves helping business owners facilitate their various real estate needs. He specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial, office, and land properties.
Rand works closely with landlords through every stage of the real estate cycle, from land acquisition, development, lease-up, and disposition. His experience ranges from small-scale transactions to large deals, including a recent 130,000 SF industrial lease in Centerville. Additionally, he has helped tenants like Actylis, Galloway, and many others find a home in northern Utah’s competitive market.
A Davis County native, Rand is passionate about supporting local businesses by helping them navigate their real estate needs. He values collaboration, particularly within the Mountain West family, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and fellow brokers. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and photography. He lives in Davis County with his wife, Madison, and their four children.
