About Me

Rand Sargent has a decade’s experience solving challenges via software and hardware solutions for various software companies in Utah and nationwide.
Rand has primarily focused on industrial leasing, office leasing, sales, and acquisitions for the past five years.

He has worked with various Landlords and Tenants such as Galloway & Company, Shoot 360, Hope & Henry, and Misfits Market. He helped Galloway & Company relocate from SLC into a Class A office at Station Park in Farmington. Also, he helped in the transaction with Misfits Market to lease over 200,000 SF, and later helped the Landlord facilitate an investment sale of the buildings they occupied.

His personal and professional experiences add value to Landlords when advising on developments from ground acquisition to lease-up, finding and touring Tenants, negotiating/reviewing LOIs and leases, and handling renewals.

As a Davis County local, Rand has deep roots in the market and loves fostering relationships through hard work. He strives to provide a positive buying/selling process while assisting his clients in growing. Rand is a self-proclaimed golf addict, so if you see him on the course, say Hello!
