Scope of Service Experience

Rick joined Newmark Mountain West 14 years ago and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of development properties and investment sales. This involves a true understanding of the many issues that face developers, including site analysis, zoning, and entitlement issues and eventual product disposition.

With 40 years experience in the Utah real estate market, Rick has been involved in almost all types of commercial transactions. He has worked with almost all of the regions planning districts, consulted with various city agencies and formed relationships with numerous local and national developers and investors.

  • A.A. degree, Lugano, Switz.
  • B.S. degree in Accounting, Univ. of Utah

Background & Experience

Rick previously worked at Gump & Ayers Commercial Real Estate, then moved to Wallace & Associates, a real estate consulting firm. Wallace merged with Grubb & Ellis, where Rick became the Vice President of Investment Services. He joined NAI Utah (currently Newmark Mountain West) 14 years ago, chaired the Investment division for 10 years and currently heads the Land Division.
