Scope of Service Experience
Jeff Heaton, SIOR, serves as executive vice president of industrial properties with Newmark, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of Industrial Properties across the Wasatch Front.
His focus as a transaction-oriented broker has given him an extensive understanding of not only deal flow but of market data. By effectively communicating this information to his clients, he enables them to make the best decisions for their businesses.
As both a tenant and landlord representative, Jeff understands the process and many players and moving parts of a transaction. He is also aware that businesses need to make quick decisions in order become market leaders. His goal is to provide his clients with concise and correct information and to consult them to act accordingly.
With a focus on owner/user decision making, Jeff has added tremendous value to his clients from land acquisitions, financial analysis, strategic value implementation and competitive construction bidding, saving clients time and money. Jeff joined Newmark in 2000 as a market researcher and cold caller and was responsible for project initiation for the firm’s top producing team.
