About Me
Shaydon Wood is a Retail & Investment Specialist at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate in Salt Lake City, UT. He joined the Mountain West team in July 2013. In 2016, Shaydon was recognized with the Rookie of the Year award for hitting production thresholds and providing class A service to clients. Shaydon has developed multiple tenant rep and landlord rep accounts in UT and Idaho. Shaydon has helped clients transact both from an investment acquisition/ disposition standpoint as well as ground up development projects within the UT and Idaho markets. Shaydon is goal oriented and very competitive allowing him to align with client goals and subsequently striving to reach them. His eight years of retail experience with the Kroger Company prior to joining Mountain West have led him to put customer satisfaction as the #1 goal on all of his transactions.
Shaydon is a UT native. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from Weber State University. He holds an active real estate license in UT and Idaho and is an active member of ICSC. He is married and currently resides in North Salt Lake, UT. Shaydon spends his free time pheasant hunting, camping and spending time with friends and family.
