About Me

Scope of Service Experience

Trigger Reital is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark Mountain West’s Occupier Advisory Group, assisting clients in making strategic real estate decisions regarding their full service real estate strategies.

From 2014 to 2017 Trigger served as Market Leader and Managing Director of the Cushman & Wakefield Utah offices. In this capacity, Trigger collaboratively worked with all Cushman & Wakefield market leaders, property services, and all service lines to grow market share for both investors and occupiers in Utah. Trigger also directed business development, recruiting, key client relationships and supports all business lines.

Trigger has 25 years of commercial real estate experience throughout the western region, representing tenants with lease renewals and restructuring, facility relocation, laboratory and R&D, property sales, build-to-suits, and workplace strategies. This, coupled with his talent and professionalism, puts Trigger in a unique position to assist tenants in growing their business footprint in the Wasatch Front. Prior to joining Newmark Mountain West in 2020, Trigger worked as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 2012 to 2020 and Vice President with the Walnut Creek, California office of Colliers International before that.
