Randy Owen, Director of Management Services, brings more than 30 years of property management experience to Newmark Mountain West. He plays a key leadership role within the Property Management Division, drawing from an extensive background that includes senior positions at Colliers, JLL, and Newmark. Over the course of his career, Randy has overseen large, diverse portfolios across the U.S. and South America. Most recently, he led Colliers’ Utah Region, managing over 10 million square feet across eight states.
Randy holds a BA in Finance from the University of Utah and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and licensed real estate agent in Utah. He has earned numerous national awards for excellence in management and previously served as President of the Utah IREM Chapter.
Outside the office, Randy enjoys flyfishing, hiking, skiing, golfing, and training his Labrador retriever.
