Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from the University of Utah, emphasizing in urban real estate development, geographic information systems (GIS), metropolitan and regional planning, zoning process, land use laws, and transportation planning. Her formal education compliments her professional experience providing her with well-rounded knowledge when serving her clients.
Katie has represented clients in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. Her listening skills and great attention to detail help her to reach clients’ commercial real estate goals. Katie’s skill in assembling site information, competition analysis, demographic profiles and market penetration studies is augmented by her ability to cut through extraneous data and focus on each individual client’s requirements.
