About Me
James Saunders is a driven commercial real estate professional with a strong focus on Retail, Investment, and Land markets. He works alongside some of the most successful agents in Utah and the Intermountain West, bringing persistence, integrity, and a keen ability to identify opportunities for his clients.
He has helped tenants such as Brookers Founding Flavors, Jiffy Lube, Brown Bag Breakfast Co., Indy Clover, and Slice House Pizza secure deals in local markets. His efforts extend beyond transactions, as he is committed to building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and key industry players.
James graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University with a degree in entrepreneurial management and a minor in Spanish. Prior to commercial real estate, he owned and operated a lawn care and window washing company for five years, gaining valuable experience in relationship management, communication, and customer service.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife biking, skiing, camping, and exploring the mountains.
