Jake Baba is passionate about Commercial Real Estate and creating solutions for clients. Jake’s passion began in college where he graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with a degree in Business and Real Estate. During undergrad, he committed himself to learning about the industry and market. Jake pursued multiple internships and mentorships during his studies at UNLV, first at RESYS Real Estate & Property Management, then at CBRE, and finally Mountain West Commercial Real Estate. During his education and internships, Jake developed skills in customer relationship management, general functions of property management, understanding legal Real Estate documentation, situational thinking, and the overall understanding of the macro environments that influence Real Estate.

While working at Mountain West, Jake has quickly gained in-depth market knowledge, a keen sense of negotiation, and strong communication skills. These skills allow him to become a trusted advocate for a diverse clientele. He specializes in tenant representation, landlord representation, and retail leasing. Under the guidance of Principal broker Jeff Mitchell and Senior Agents Ian Davis and Jakke Farley, Jake is dedicated to working through any deal that comes his way.

Jake Baba was born and raised in Orange County, California. From a young age, he embraced the world of hockey, focusing on his skills on travel roller and ice hockey teams. The early exposure to teamwork and discipline laid a solid foundation for his career in Commercial Real Estate.
