One of McSean’s played a vital role in the sale of the Spring Gardens assisted living portfolio, a transaction valued at $35 million, which earned him the prestigious CCIM Excellence Award for top specialty transaction in the state in 2019. During his tenure at the UAE’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR), Thompson successfully implemented a $700 million annual funding model for public colleges and universities.
