About Me
Carolyn grew up in Southern California. After a year at UC Santa Barbara, she decided to pursue a career in hospitality and transferred to UNLV in 2006. As a full-time student and upon graduation, Carolyn worked in several food and beverage positions and was introduced to the world of gaming and casino marketing. While working as a restaurant manager at major resorts on The Strip, she learned that fine dining existed as one of many amenities designed to cater to VIP casino guests. Carolyn’s ability to anticipate clients’ needs and her commitment to superior customer service made her stand out among these highly coveted VIP casino guests. In 2012, Carolyn started hosting VIP gamblers at major casinos such as The Cosmopolitan and The Wynn. Carolyn’s work as an independent casino host allowed her to build a strong professional network and also introduced her to high limit competitive gaming. She won her first $500,000 invitational baccarat tournament in 2013 with several other titles to follow, and has become a recognized player in the VIP gaming community ever since.
Through this visibility, she has developed a following of high net-worth clients who reach out to her for gaming advice as well as investment opportunities. Carolyn sources these opportunities for her clients and has invested in a couple of residential and commercial projects herself, including a $10,000,000 dispensary in Southern California. Along with her analytical and relationship building skills, Carolyn’s strong work ethic gives her the right odds to excel in the fast-paced environment of commercial real estate.
