His passion lies in building strong relationships while navigating the ever-changing commercial real estate industry. Throughout his career, Matthew has sold numerous properties, including Chevron, Shell, Phillips 66, Exxon, 7-Eleven, Sinclair, Maverik, Texaco, Conoco, Arby’s, McDonald’s, Kroger, Family Dollar, and others.Matthew’s achievements as a finalist for CCIM’s Retail Broker Excellence Award in 2018 and CCIM’s Specialty Broker Excellence Award in 2022, 2023, and 2024 demonstrate his outstanding performance in the industry.
