About Me
Brendan specializes in the sale and acquisition of multi-tenant and net leased retail investment properties. Brendan has spent nearly a decade devoted to refining his brokerage skills and has closed transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in value in over 20 states. He has consulted countless real estate investors and developers on the value of their properties, and about investment strategy. These properties are occupied by well-known national tenants including: 7-Eleven, Kroger, Hobby Lobby, Dollar General, KFC, Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, Mattress Firm, Little Caesar’s, Circle K, Marathon Oil, Family Dollar, US Bank, Wendy’s, Jiffy Lube, Jersey Mike’s Subs, T-Mobile and many others.
Brendan holds a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in finance from Brigham Young University, a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Utah, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with an emphasis in finance, economics, and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Brendan was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and loves returning whenever he gets the chance. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cycling, and rooting for the 49ers, Warriors, and Giants.
