Shontell Olson joined Mountain West Commercial Real Estate in March 2022. She is the executive assistant primarily for Adam Lewis and Ryan Stuart, who specialize in the commercial retail sector. Shontell began her career in real estate in 2011 and has worked as an Operations & Transaction Coordinator and an Executive Assistant for Colliers International and Operations Director at Cushman & Wakefield.

Shontell’s mixture of type A and B personality traits bring high ambition and perfection to everything she sets out to do, which isn’t always easy when multi-tasking with different agents heading in different directions. It’s a good thing she loves multi-tasking.  She always accepts and excels in accomplishing assignments in a timely manner, keeping organized and coordinating with the agents and other teams. She brings her type B personality in with her easygoing and even-tempered patience and takes pride in each project she is given. She is very meticulous and detail-oriented, always keeping her checklist handy.

Very organized, highly dependable, extremely loyal and even spunky at times, Shontell strives to leave everything she does and everyone she meets a little better than before.

Shontell is a firm believer in “work hard, play hard, and enjoy much” lifestyle. She works hard, by being 100% dedicated to and loyal to her career by day and playing hard as she strives to give the same energy to her family after work, by enjoying long walks, gardening, baking, crafting, playing cards, and planning fun activities for her grandchildren on each holiday.  She truly enjoys much by relaxing and visiting with family and friends out on the deck or around the snack bar where you will always find a home baked goody waiting for you.
