Salt Lake City, UT – Newmark Mountain West announces the sale of a 10-property C-A-L Ranch store portfolio spanning Idaho, Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. The assets, totaling more than 637,000 square feet, represent well-positioned retail locations serving rural and suburban communities with C-A-L Ranch’s hallmark mix of farm, ranch, home, and outdoor products.
Newmark Mountain West Chairman Chad Moore and Capital Markets specialists Drew Helm and Brendan Lee represented the seller, Integra CRE, LLC, in the transaction.
“This complex, four-state offering demanded expert market insight and a unified marketing approach,” said Helm. “Our team’s deep regional expertise and demonstrated ability to execute across diverse markets were instrumental in guiding the transaction to a successful close.”
The strategic location of these store assets provides long-term stability for the new ownership.
