Jack in the Box Opens Restaurants Across Utah
MWCRE Assists with Multi City Expansion
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) is helping to negotiate several new locations for Jack in the Box Corporation throughout Utah. Some of the proposed sites are in Logan, Ogden, Kaysville, Layton, Salt Lake City, South Jordan, Orem, Provo, and Pleasant Grove. Construction is underway for Jack in the Box’s newest restaurant in Salt Lake City, located off 2100 South State Street, the projected opening date is June 2023.
MWCRE agent Adam Lewis is working with Jack in the Box Corporation on their expansion into the Utah market.
“Jack in the Box recognizes their brand is familiar to Utahns,” agent Adam Lewis said. “This market is a mix of corporate and franchise locations; Jack in the Box will be constructing drive-thru only locations to complement their prototypical dine in designs”.
Currently, there are only three Jack in the Box locations in Utah, and all three are within a short drive of each other in St. George, Washington, and Cedar City. Earlier this year, Jack in the Box announced that Salt Lake City, Ogden-Clearfield, and Provo-Orem metro areas were all primed for Jack in the Box locations.
“Salt Lake City is a thriving city with college campuses, nearby recreation, and tourist destination as well as one of the larger economic areas in the US. As a major business hub and education center, Salt Lake City is a great area to grow,” the site says.
