February 6, 2020 – Twin Falls, Idaho.  Mountain West Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the investment sale of Canyon Park Shopping Center. The approximate $50mm sale included 310,000 SF of retail and restaurant space and 24 acres of land located at 1900 Blue Lakes Boulevard in Twin Falls, Idaho.

With close proximity to the new Twin Falls Visitor Center, Canyon Park Shopping Center features Petco, Ulta, Ross, Dicks Sporting Goods, DownEast Home, and Bed Bath and Beyond.

Chad Moore, Managing Director, said, “Ben Brown and I have been involved with this asset for nearly 20 years through initial site design, leasing and development.  It was important to us that we find the right buyer that could continue to be a great steward of this iconic project for the foreseeable future.  We believe the new owner, Wood Investment Companies, Inc, is that group and we are excited to have been a part of the transaction.”

Mountain West brokered a transaction between Wood Investment Companies, Inc. and the seller, a partnership between Woodbury Cooperation and Ray Neilsen.

The $50mm transaction adds to the increasingly dominant resume of investment transactions that Mountain West has completed, now approaching $4 billion in a multi-state region.
