CCIM Recognizes Mountain West Commercial Real Estate Agents at 2022 Excellence Awards
May 16, 2022 – Salt Lake City. Mountain West Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce three agents were recognized by CCIM Utah’s Chapter for their excellence in the local commercial real estate market.
Agent Scott Brady was awarded CCIM’s 2022 Retail Broker of the Year. Agent Ryan Flint, SIOR was awarded Specialty Broker of the Year, and agent Wes Christensen was awarded CCIM’s Presidents Award.
Brady completed 123 transactions in retail last year with a transaction value of nearly $207M. He has been in the business for 18 years and was one of the co-founders of Mountain West Commercial. He is meticulous about providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive market information to his clients.
Flint joined Mountain West in August 2021 as Principal Broker in our Northern Utah office. In 2021, he completed 74 transactions with a transaction value of nearly $123M. For nearly a decade, Flint has been the epitome of customer service to his clients. His relentless desire to win, strong work ethic and drive for success is demonstrated by the relationships he has built and continues to build, both at Mountain West and in the community.
CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a designation that denotes an agent who has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. The Utah Chapter held their annual CCIM Excellence Awards on May 15th at the Grand America Hotel, where agents throughout the state were nominated based on projects along with a myriad of metrics. Mountain West had 7 finalists in 3 award categories.
