Troy Scheel began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 in Salt Lake City, Utah, partnering with his father, Doug Scheel. In 2013, Troy relocated to St. George, Utah, where he opened an office for their team and expanded their presence throughout Southern Utah.

In 2020, the Scheel Team joined Newmark Mountain West, where they have consistently ranked among the company’s top-producing teams.

Over the past decade, Troy has worked with many of the major developers, investors, property owners, and commercial projects throughout Southern Utah, playing a significant role in the region’s continued economic development and growth. His extensive market knowledge, strong work ethic, and results-driven approach have established him as a trusted resource for clients navigating the complexities of commercial real estate.
