About Me
Troy began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 in Salt Lake City, Utah as a partner with his father Doug Scheel. In 2013 Troy decided to move to St. George, UT and open an office for their team and take their talents to a new level. In 2020 the Scheel Team joined Mountain West Commercial Real Estate and since then have consistently been one of the top producing teams in the company.
Troy has been involved with most of the major developers and projects in the Southern Utah area over the last decade, playing a significant role in economic development. Troy’s work ethics and abilities have proven him to be an expert in helping his clients; whether selling, buying or leasing their properties. Troy’s determination to build trust with his clients, understand their needs, and act in their best interest has been profitable in making long term relationships.
