Troy Hardy started his career in commercial real estate in 2003 and joined Newmark Mountain West in 2010. As a seasoned real estate expert, Troy has an astute skillset and broad network of valued working relationships. He also has a strong work ethic and is committed to providing the very best for his clients, regardless of the size and scope of the assignment.
A lifelong resident of Salt Lake City, Troy’s local market knowledge and 20 years of commercial real estate experience in site selection and lease negotiation benefit tenants, landlords and investors. He has a proven track record in development and execution of strategy that maximizes value and achieves client goals. As a retail leasing and investment specialist, Troy has worked with local, regional and national developers, including Boyer Company, Vestar, Legacy Real Estate Investments, Revesco, Kornwasser, Brixton Capital and Coventry Advisors.
Troy enjoys working in commercial real estate almost as much as he enjoys skiing, golfing and spending time with his wife and four children.
