About Me
Spencer Greer began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap upon graduating cum laude from the University of Utah. He first graduated with a Bachelor’s in Chinese Literature and a minor in sociology; he is professionally proficient in Mandarin Chinese. In 2021, Spencer completed a Master’s of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.
In the summer of 2018, while working at Pentad Retail/Hospitality, Spencer formed a team with Preston Miller. Spencer focuses on tenant representation and landlord representation, while Preston focuses on investment, owner/user and development acquisitions.
Spencer brings extensive knowledge and expertise working on tenant and landlord representation. He prides himself on hard work, integrity, and attention to detail. This has proven to be a vital skill in helping tenants and landlords have thorough communication throughout the transaction process, while also ensuring that expectations are met.
Spencer has worked with many national and local tenants throughout his commercial real estate career. He played an integral role in helping Shopko Optical (formerly Shopko) roll out new stores during and after their bankruptcy filing, while also helping guide Express Oil Tire Engineers, Kokonut Island Grill, Everbowl, Dirty Bird, Jiffy Lube, Original Pancake House, Slim Chickens, and many others into the Utah market.
When he is not in the office, Spencer enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and dog. He also enjoys skiing and hiking in the Wasatch Mountains and watching the Green Bay Packers. Spencer is excited to bring his knowledge to his current and future clients in the commercial real estate industry.
