Sara Watson brings a well-rounded skill set to her role at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate, where she works closely with agents Andy Moffitt and Lance Pendleton as a Licensed Executive Assistant. Drawing on her experience from CoStar’s research team, Sara has developed a keen analytical mindset that enhances her ability to support both clients and colleagues in navigating the commercial real estate market.

Since relocating to Utah in August 2024, Sara has embraced the outdoors, enjoying adventures with her husband, Jack, and their energetic dog, Kuma. In her downtime, she loves discovering new films, attending plays, and hunting for the perfect coffee.
