Nate has a background spanning four years in the commercial real estate industry. Nate has specialized in managing commercial real estate for a high-net-worth family in Idaho. Serving as a sales and leasing representative, he excelled in facilitating land sales, office leasing, and retail leasing transactions across multiple states, including Idaho, Utah, Montana, Nebraska, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Some of his notable deals include collaborations with Five Below, Lazy Boy, Shoe Department, Cafe Zupas, and numerous other retail and restaurant users.

Nate is a proud graduate of Weber State University with a degree in Professional Sales. His most recent experience includes working with Ball Ventures, a prominent commercial real estate company. Nate will be working out of the Idaho Falls office with agent Dustin Mortimer.
