About Me
John Stertzer began his career at Newmark Mountain West after playing five seasons in Major League Soccer (4 seasons with Real Salt Lake). He started as an assistant conducting market research for brokers in Utah, Montana, Idaho, and Nevada.
John specializes in Single Tenant Investments, some of his clients include the developers of Scooters Coffee in Marriott-Slatersville and the Landlords for Caliber Collision in Ogden. Additionally, he represents Comprehensive Integrated Care Center and helped the outpatient surgeon identify and lease over 16,000 SF in Murray, UT.
John enjoys being involved in all aspects of the buying/selling process and aims to deliver top-notch services while working to meet his client’s needs. Working and learning from MWCRE’s best-in-class brokers has helped him be a great asset to his clients and team.
