Fred started his commercial real estate career in 1984 when he joined Wallace & Associates in downtown Salt Lake City. Fred was a senior retail broker with them until 1989 when he joined Pentad Properties. Fred served as President and Principal broker, and also served on numerous national restaurant and investment advisory boards over the years.

Fred has specialized primarily in retail transactions including investment sales of shopping centers and single NNN projects, land, ground up development, entitlement facilitation and both national and local tenant and Landlord representation. Fred has a knack for assisting local clients expand into the national market, continuing those personal, national and local relationships for decades.

When Fred is not working, he loves flyfishing, skiing, golfing and to travel.
