About Me

Fae Hodge is an executive assistant for Mountain West Commercial Real Estate where she brings an elite level of experience to the team.  With 15 years of experience in the industry, Fae is closely involved with goal setting, business planning, coordinating day-to-day activities, and managing and executing quick decisions on priority tasks throughout the day.  Fae is an effective communicator, organized, dependable, and proactive at keeping work moving and her team organized.

Fae is rejoining the Mountain West family after a 10-year hiatus of raising children, managing federal and non-federal grants at the University of Utah, and providing an abundance of volunteer work within her community.

Fae has a passion for good food, local eateries, and finding new retailers in any market.

Fae said, “I am a type-A personality which allows me the ability to organize the chaos in a way that I hope is understandable by others, all while raising two children to be good humans who will one day contribute to society.”

What keeps Fae going in the workplace?  “Checklists! I prefer to look at work and life as a puzzle; see where everything fits rather than how I can make it fit.”

You can find Fae in her spare time hitting the trails on foot or bike, napping in a hammock, or digging into a new book.
