About Me

Collin Perkins recently joined Mountain West Commercial Real Estate in June 2024 and is based in the Salt Lake City office. Collin has specialized in office leasing and sales for the better part of his career and has been a top producer in every organization he has worked for over the past 25 years. Collin has leased over 12 million square feet and participated in the acquisition and/or disposition of over $800 million in commercial properties. Recent clients have included All State Insurance, Bay Pacific Corporation, BDO, Crump Life, Doerken Properties, Degreed, Hamilton Partners, HNTB, MetTel Communications, MGIS, PlanSource, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Stearns Lending, Sunrise Engineering, Temkin Properties and the University of Utah.

Prior to joining Mountain West, Collin worked for twenty-four years in the Salt Lake City office of Newmark, as a Managing Director. While at Newmark, Collin received many awards and certificates. He was honored as a finalist in 2014 and 2015 as the CCIM Office Broker of the Year. Collin was also recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker in multiple years from 2006 through 2016.

Collin received his BS degree in finance from Brigham Young University and earned his MBA in real estate from George Washington University.
