About Me

Amelia Wolfe is the Director of Research Analysis at Newmark Mountain West, where she brings more than a decade of expertise in interpreting and communicating commercial real estate trends. Amelia plays a pivotal role in producing the firm’s quarterly market reports, creating timely thought leadership pieces on emerging CRE topics, and developing specialized analyses for agents and clients to help them make informed, data-driven decisions. Her passion lies in not just tracking numbers, but in uncovering the story behind market shifts and anticipating what’s next.

She began her career with a focus on the office sector before expanding her research across all asset types in 2020, when she was promoted to Research Manager. In her current role as Director of Research Analysis, Amelia works closely with the Research Department to enhance and maintain NMW’s proprietary database—an industry-leading tool that provides unmatched market insight.

Amelia holds a Bachelor’s degree in English with a Music minor and has been recognized with numerous company Awards of Excellence at both the individual and departmental levels. Outside of work, Amelia is an avid reader and game enthusiast who enjoys spending quality time with her family.
