About Me
Alex Nielsen is a hotel specialist in Mountain West Commercial’s Salt Lake City office as an agent exclusively representing buyers and sellers of economy, midscale, and upper midscale hospitality assets. Alex is a UT native; he grew up in Logan and graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Before joining Mountain West, Alex worked with an asset management firm, working on multi-million-dollar portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutions. While at the asset management firm, he was charged with overseeing and creating client deliverables, producing market research, and reporting on fund and portfolio performance. This intense and specialized background makes Alex Nielsen an invaluable resource to his clients.
Outside of servicing his clients, Alex enjoys spending time with family, playing and watching sports, and appreciating the great outdoors through fishing and other activities whenever possible.
