Darcey Evans is a senior facilities and operations engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience leading operations across complex commercial and mission‑critical real estate portfolios. Darcey currently serves as Chief Engineer with Newmark Mountain West, providing executive oversight of engineering strategy, infrastructure reliability, regulatory compliance, and risk management across Class A assets. Previously, Darcey held senior leadership roles with CBRE, Hines, and Lake Pointe Property Management, directing large office portfolios, guiding engineering organizations, establishing preventive maintenance and energy management programs, and ensuring consistent operational standards. Darcey is recognized for aligning engineering governance, operational excellence, and team leadership with broader business objectives to deliver resilient, efficient, and compliant facilities.
Darcey is married to his wife Nicole and has two children and 6 grandchildren. He loves old cars and enjoys fixing them up. He also loves cross country motorcycle rides with his wife, pedal biking, traveling, camping and spending time with his family.
