About Me
Dustin Mortimer is a commercial real estate advisor serving Eastern Idaho and the surrounding Intermountain West. Known for his honesty, responsiveness, and relationship-driven approach, Dustin brings a diverse background in military service, finance, construction, and commercial real estate to every client relationship. He proudly served in the United States Army with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment and the 43rd Engineers, completing two combat deployments to Iraq as a Combat Engineer.
Throughout his career, Dustin has worked with business owners, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and growing companies across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including retail, office, industrial, land, and investment properties. His background in finance, construction, and development allows him to help clients navigate opportunities strategically while maintaining a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Clients value his market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and consistent communication throughout the process.
Beyond real estate, Dustin is deeply involved in community service and mentorship. He volunteers with Scouting America, supports the Mayor’s Scholarship Fund, and facilitates addiction recovery programs through The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, staying active through soccer, flag football, and tennis, and following college football. He values meaningful relationships and believes trust, integrity, and strong communication are the foundation of both business and life.
