About Me
Spencer Greer is a retail specialist in commercial real estate, representing tenants, landlords, and investors. Known for his work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail, he keeps clients closely informed at every stage of a transaction and makes sure expectations are met.
His tenant clients include Maverik, Slackwater Pizzeria, Axio Auto, Shopko Optical, Slim Chickens, Quick Greens, and Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream, along with countless local tenants. He has also worked with Jack in the Box in the Northern Utah market, where he assisted with their sale leasebacks. On the landlord side, he has worked with multiple owners on leasing everything from large grocery-anchored centers to small in-line strip space. He also advises buyers and sellers on retail investment sales, including sale leaseback transactions for national restaurant operators.
Spencer graduated cum laude from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature and a minor in sociology, and he is professionally proficient in Mandarin Chinese. In 2021 he earned a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.
Outside the office, Spencer enjoys time with his wife, three children, and dog, as well as skiing and hiking in the Wasatch Mountains and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. He looks forward to bringing his experience to current and future clients.
