Ben has been working in Real Estate for the past five years and enjoys helping his clients meet their strategic goals through real estate and project development. His background includes working for the past 16 years alongside his father at Ellsworth Paulsen Construction and another 5 years for Flatiron Contractors out of Longmont, Colorado. Flatiron Constructors, A HOCHTIEF Company, group of companies makes HOCHTIEF the third largest contractor in the world. Building an array of commercial buildings including Water and Wastewater Treatment plants, Power plants, Commercial projects for both the private and public sectors, and Heavy highway construction are just a few of the projects he has help to build or develop.

Ben has been actively involved in developing land into income properties for clients and managing those properties for several years. With a back ground in construction and development Ben has become an expert in helping his clients met their needs. Ben has an extensive background in working with cities and financial institutions and is a good partner to have on any type of development project.

Ben served a mission for the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Leeds, England. Ben and his wife have been married for 18 years and have four kids. He has a BA in business management from UVU. Ben lives in a small town and farms the land with his family working alongside him, just as he did as a child. He loves to spend time in the outdoors, camping, fishing, riding off-road vehicles and shooting with his sons.

As a commercial real estate agent Ben specializes in ground up projects, which includes land purchases, development packages, and for sale or for lease marketing strategies. Ben has experience in Industrial, office, multifamily, and retail leasing and purchases. He often helps single tenant users fulfill the dream of property ownership. Finally, when a owner wants to sell off property, Ben has creative ways to help his clients with the transfer of 1031 exchanges into other income producing properties.
