Mary Street serves as an associate broker at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate. She has been a top producer since she began her real estate career in 1996. Mary develops real estate strategies for clients with interests in land, multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and investment sales. Mary has received the award and designation as a “Top Producing Broker” for consecutive years and was awarded the CCIM Specialty Broker of the Year award in 2020.

Throughout her career, Mary has worked to promote effective land-use policies that support economic and community development. Her municipal experience as a former Orem City planning commissioner and a former Orem City Council member has made her an invaluable asset to her clients. During her career, Mary has sold land for residential and multifamily development; office, retail, and general commercial development; transit-oriented development; senior housing and assisted living; and industrial and agricultural uses.
