Stephanie Buranek is retail specialist with the Harris Moore Team. Since 2006 Stephanie has been developing a career in commercial real estate, specializing in urban retail throughout the Wasatch Front.

Stephanie consistently leverages her local and national relationships to create strategic opportunities for her retail clients. Her overall market knowledge—as well as her keen understanding of retail in the Central Business District of Salt Lake City—assists her in achieving unique real estate solutions for those with whom she works.

Known for her detail-oriented approach, Stephanie makes certain that each client’s unique business model is her primary focus. Working closely with SK Hart, Stephanie assisted in the leasing and rebranding of one of UT’s iconic retail destinations—Trolley Square. She has a passion for building strong agency relationships and works closely with landlords to develop, implement and execute successful leasing strategies.

Stephanie incorporates ambition and a strong work ethic in accomplishing the goals of retail occupiers. She was instrumental in identifying a new site location for Helly Hansen, and continues to assist the company with its goal of expanding in resort towns.
