Target is Coming to Provo Towne Centre
MWCRE Represented Brixton Capitol in Transaction
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Brixton Capital, the owners of Provo Towne Centre announced that Target will occupy 135,000 square feet of the former Dillard’s building. Mountain West Commercial Real Estate agents Joe Cooley and Troy Hardy represented Brixton Capital when facilitating the lease with Target.
The new retail store will carry popular Target brands and merchandise seen at any other location as well as a large grocery section with a full pharmacy and more. All in all, it’s something residents of Provo have been excitedly waiting for.
“The addition of Target will act as a catalyst for the redevelopment of Brixton Capital’s Provo Towne Centre, MWCRE agent Joe Cooley said. “This is the first of many future announcements at the Centre”.
The store itself will fill the entire top level of the building with the first level having 30,000 square feet of storage space. The outside will turn into the recognizable Target frontage with a reconfigured parking lot.
Although not confirmed, the estimated opening date for the new Target is the first quarter of 2024.
