Mountain West Commercial Real Estate Powers Up with eV Power Exchange (USA) Corp.
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) Co-Founder, Director and leasing agent Ben Brown is proud to collaborate with eV Power in facilitating the installation of DC fast charges at the Shops at Fort Union in Midvale, Utah. Furthering his commitment to enhancing client assets through strategic technology partnerships.
“This initiative aligns with our commitment to community development and sustainability. By leveraging our expertise and collaborating with key stakeholders, we have successfully navigated challenges to bring cutting-edge technology to our communities,” said Ben Brown, Director and Co-Founder of MWCRE.
The EV charging stations, strategically positioned at major shopping centers and multi-family developments represented by MWCRE across the region, cater to the growing demand for electric vehicle infrastructure. The DC Fast Charging stations can charge an electric vehicle in 30-45 minutes. Electric vehicle sales are growing faster than any other major category of automobile. Electric Vehicles accounted for 8% of the new cars sold in the U.S. from July to September 2023, up from 6% last year.
The collaboration between Brown and eV Power is a testament to a forward-thinking approach and proactive role in shaping the future of commercial real estate. This comprehensive strategy brings together key stakeholders, including Utah Lawmakers, local utilities, state departments, and local community leaders, to successfully navigate grant restrictions and easements.
