Intermountain Health Secures Herriman Land in Deal Brokered by MWCRE
Herriman, UT — Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE), a full-service commercial real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce the sale of 6.76 acres of land at Anthem Center in Herriman, Utah. The transaction officially closed on March 7, 2025.
MWCRE agents Scott Brady, Chad Moore, and Garrett Blomquist represented the seller, Anthem Developer, LLC, in the sale of land to Intermountain Health, who was represented by JLL’s Jami Marsh. The land will be used for future medical development, supporting Intermountain Health’s commitment to expanding its footprint in Utah’s rapidly growing communities.
